Terms and App Policy

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using Konvyo, you agree to use the app responsibly and in accordance with these terms, applicable laws and any instructions shown in the app. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your country, and hold a valid driving licence if you drive while using Konvyo.

2. Your account

Some features require an account. Keep your credentials safe, provide accurate information and do not share your account with others. We may suspend or limit an account that breaks these terms, creates unsafe situations or harms other users.

3. Free version and limits

Konvyo is free to download. The free version includes convoys with up to 5 participants, route planning and navigation, live group location, hazard reports, session recap, Replay of your most recent session and up to 3 photos per shared session album.

4. Konvyo Pass

Konvyo Pass is an optional paid subscription that unlocks convoys with up to 20 participants, the Replay history of all your sessions, GPX export of the route you drove and up to 10 photos in the shared session album. It is sold through the Apple App Store as an auto-renewing subscription on a weekly, monthly or yearly plan. The price of each plan is shown in the app before you confirm the purchase.

5. Renewal, cancellation and refunds

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before the renewal date, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and the Pass features stay active until then. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms, so refund requests must be sent to Apple.

6. Prices and changes to the Pass

We may change prices, plans or what is included in Konvyo Pass. A price change for an active subscription applies from the following renewal, after notice, and you can cancel before it takes effect. If a Pass feature is paused or removed, we will communicate it in the app.

7. Driving responsibility

Konvyo is a support tool for group driving. The driver is always responsible for safe driving, road conditions, speed, attention and compliance with traffic laws. Configure routes and convoy settings before departure and use CarPlay or voice guidance instead of handling the iPhone while driving.

8. Navigation, hazards and accuracy

Routes, maps, estimated times and turn-by-turn directions may be incomplete or inaccurate, and roads may be closed or unsuitable for your vehicle. Hazard reports are submitted by other users, are not verified by us and must never be treated as an official traffic or safety source. Always follow road signs and your own judgement.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Konvyo, disrupt the service, create unsafe situations, encourage dangerous driving or racing on public roads, infringe others' rights, upload unlawful or offensive content, publish other people's personal data without consent, spam public routes or use the app in ways that could harm people or systems.

10. Routes and public content

Routes shared publicly may be reviewed, moderated or removed to prevent spam, unsafe content or material that is not suitable for the Konvyo community.

11. Shared album and your content

You keep ownership of the routes, photos and other content you add to Konvyo, and you grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, display and operate that content for the service. Upload photos only if you have the right to do so: participants in a session can see and save the photos in its shared album. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

12. Availability and updates

We aim to keep Konvyo reliable, but the app may change, pause or become unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. Features may be added, changed or removed as the app evolves, and some of them require a recent iOS version, a supported device or a CarPlay-compatible vehicle.

13. Disclaimers and liability

Konvyo is provided as is, without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for accidents, traffic violations, fines, delays, vehicle damage or disputes between convoy participants. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

14. Termination

You can stop using Konvyo at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to [email protected]. Deleting the app does not cancel a Konvyo Pass subscription: cancel it in your Apple ID settings. We may suspend or end access in case of serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

15. Apple and the App Store

Konvyo is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to these terms, is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for Konvyo. The App Store terms also apply to your download and purchases.

16. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the country where Konvyo is established, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. For questions about these terms, contact us at [email protected].
